Recently, Macy's gave me the opportunity to host a very special Prom Fashion Show at their Memorial City Mall location in Houston. All the models in show were real girls we picked out of the store and they did an amazing job walking the runway. Thanks to Macy's and all the models for making the show a success!

I did my very first styling shoot with Mirror/Mirror today!!! I now know how much hard work goes into just pulling clothes and accessories. I praise all the professional stylists out there who style fashion shows and shoots. I now know why Rachel Zoe is so stressed all the time.
For the shoot, I put together looks for teens that also look great on Moms or women who are over 40. Thanks to Macy's at Memorial City Mall for letting us use your great selection of styles and for letting us shoot in your store.
P.S.- Sorry for running around your store like a crazy women.
Here are behind the scenes photos from the shoot.

Avery and her lovely Mom Yannise modeingl a neon look.
Valen and her mom, Valerie in their pastel look.
Tip: Women try to pick one to two neon accessories like a belt or shoes. Teens can wear biger neon pieces like a top or pants.
My Mom and I modeling the over sized sweater look.
A special thanks to all of my models. You all did an AMAZING job on the shoot!
I will post when the MM episode airs :)
This store has been my favorite for years but recently I feel like I have been living there. I have acquired quite the collection of yellow shopping bags. Any store you can get out of with four different outfits for under $100 is number one in my book.
Cheap, quality dresses with high fashion flare. The only downside of this website is that items go out of stock fast, so I suggest shopping in the new arrivals section. I just ordered the dress below for a wedding.
